My brakes failed at Wiseman's View. I was alone and stranded and had to call for a tow. Mr. Vince arrived and was professional and polite. He was competent and skilled in getting my Outback from a road with very challenging terrain. I was traveling, so I didn't even know where to have my car towed to. He offered to repair my car. I then had to figure out how to pick up my car. He said his wife could pick me up and get me back to my car. They were both good to their word. His wife was just as kind. He towed my car, repaired it, and helped me get back to my car. The price was reasonable, keeping in mind that you get what you pay for. I was nervous to trust my car with them, as I am very picky about my car and it's care. They exceeded expectations in every way (you won't hear me say that often).nLadies, if you're stranded alone and need a safe, trustworthy, reliable tow, this is the place to use!! If I ever need assistance with my car in that area again, I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. They earned my trust to tow and work on my car. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for me. They are genuinely good, hard working people. You won't go wrong by choosing them to do business with.
