Great customer service and experience! Macon helped us and he was very helpful. He helped us will all of our questions and made sure the car was extremely clean when he handed us the keys. After we brought the car home, we noticed a part was missing. He ordered it immediately and even put it on for us when we arrived to pick it up. I highly recommend buying from here! Some of the best service I have received.

I am in North Carolina from out of state for a holiday vacation. I found a vehicle in Fred Anderson's inventory I was interested in and corresponded with them via their website. The dealership was very responsive and helpful. When I went in to drive it, they had it pulled out front and ready to go. Michael, my salesman, was very helpful and explained all about the vehicle. The financing people were also great. I was very pleased with the dealership in all respects. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new Toyota vehicle or a used vehicle. Their selection, sales and service are wonderful.

We were greeted warmly and professionally in the express service lane and were escorted into the service writing area with friendly conversation along the way. Tyler was very helpful and made quick arrangements to have a NC State inspection and two recalls performed at 2 PM on a Saturday afternoon. The inspection and recalls were completed in 1.5 hours. When an unusual problem occurred with the reading on the car during the inspection, Tyler explained it clearly and carefully. We were very pleased with our visit and will come for service here again.
