I recently purchased a new vehicle at Fred Anderson Nissan of Asheville. I enjoyed working the Nissan team. Both Tristan Traver and Mike Bailey helped me make a smooth and informed purchase. Everything was laid out plainly and the sales team worked to meet my financial needs. I have had a great experience with all the service I’ve received. 5 stars!!

Colin Brown was an ABSOLUTE pleasure to deal with. He greeted us within minutes of arriving with a very friendly and open demeanor, never pushy. We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted and Colin showed us all our options and answered all of our questions. He helped us get the exact car we wanted easily and pain free, such a difference from every single other dealership I have ever dealt with. The whole process from walking in, test driving, working out a deal, signing, and walking out with our brand new car took a total 4 hours. It was such an enjoyable experience and we couldn’t be happier with our new Rogue.

All was perfect! I had a seat belt light on at all times - that was the reason for my visit. They re-calibrated the driver seat and it went away - easy fix. Plus did the recall and complementary washed my car . All this was done from 7 am til noon. Was Very easy to schedule appt too (next day). Happy camper!nGlen was professional and nice! My recent experience at Fred Anderson Nissan of Asheville was phenomenal. Glenn Graves took great care of me; He's an outgoing, good dude. The oil service was fast; in addition, I am an incredibly thankful for the food that you all paid for as well! God Bless you guys!

If I could put ZERO stars I would for Bad Service. I set appointment for an oil change because I received a coupon in the mail for a $14.95 oil change for any type of car and/ or oil type. I called ahead to set an appointment for 11am on Thursday July 2. I arrived early and asked the service lady about the time it would take to do the oil change because I informed her I needed out by 1pm for a doctor appointment. She said no problem that it would not take more than an hour. I should be out by 12:30 and I would get a complimentary car wash. I said ok and waited in the waiting area. By 12:45 I realized I was still waiting in the waiting room waiting on my car. So I went out to the Bay area ask a service tech if he could figure out where my car was at. Because my service lady was no where to be found. The service tech guy said that they were just now putting my car on the rack to do my oil change. When I told him to pull it down is when he was able to find my service lady. She informed me that they were running behind and it would only take about 15/ 20 minutes to do this. So I told her it would of been nice to know this an hour or so ago. She ignored me when i asked her to bring my car to me. She said it would be another 15 minutes. So I told her let's go ahead and pay for this. She did not discount my ticket. She clicked her nails on the counter as I was an inconvenience to her. I had to remind her about my coupon because the bill was not right. Then the bill was $6 more then the coupon and she said that was for parts. It was 1:15 when I got my car. The car was nasty there was some kind of film on my mirrors. The guy who brought it out said nothing to me. Nissan is the worst place to go for Customer service. Not sure if my car was really taken care of. I will have to go to my mechanic to see if it was done correctly. But I will NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN!
