Was just in for an oil change / tire rotation, and their customer service was excellent. Worked with Glenn on the Service Team and he was great. Provided clear information and kept me updated. Price was reasonable, took less than an hour, and the car was also washed and vacuumed. 5 Stars!

Once i arrived things went pretty smoothly but the day before trying to make the appointment did not go well...it took 8 calls to the service dept..i would press 1 to be directed to service and then it would disconnect or i would hold for 10 min with no response..i finally pressed 2 got a voicemail then i left my name and # for someone to call me to make the appointment..i finally did get a call back..it has never been this hard in the past to make a appointment

Went in for an oil change on my rogue. Had an appointment for the oil change and then in turn waited over an hour for the oil change and tire rotation. Now I’m no expert, but generally it doesn’t take 1+ hours to get that accomplished. Once service was completed, we approached the vehicle and noticed it wasn’t wet, when generally they perform a complimentary car wash. I only mention this fact simply because it stated on the service invoice that this was completed, when in fact, yep, it was rolled in, and rolled out after service unwashed. It generally isn’t a big deal, but with a simple task like this being overlooked yet being stated as complete on the service sheet, it makes me doubt other “services” listed as completed. Since purchase, we have been in for two oil changes and neither time has it been washed, but the previous time the “wash bay” was being built, so I received a free tire rotation in its place.

Took my car in for an oil change & tire rotation. They did a good job with that. However, my car had been washed the day before and was spotless. When I picked up the car today, there were water splotches everywhere. I was frustrated because it made my car look dirty when I had just washed it. Other than that issue, it was a good experience.
