I had a great experience buying my brand new 2021 Subaru Outback at Prestige. Jason Wicks was a great salesman. He was easy to work with and took his time to make sure I knew exactly what model I wanted. I was thinking I wanted the Limited, but after taking about my hobbies with him we decided the Onyx Edition was a better fit. And I love it! Prestige had a huge selection of Outbacks and I got exactly what I wanted. Jason made it easy and I got a great price and great value for my trade in. I’d say I’ll be back to deal with Jason again, but he might be retired by the time this Outback craps out.

I highly recommend Prestige Subaru in Asheville, I took my mom here to lease a car and we worked with Jeffrey to find the right fit for her. Through out the entire process all of the staff were very patient and helpful even when we changed our mind on which car we were leaning towards. We finally settled on the 2021 Subaru Ascent and could not be happier, I will be back to do more business with them in the future. If you are in the market for a car, definitely go to prestige Subaru and work with Jeffrey. 7/5 stars.

I bought my first new car during the Johnson Administration (Lyndon, not Andrew) and have conservatively purchased two or three dozen others since then. Maybe more. But the first time I actually got to enjoy the experience came just last Monday when my wife and I met Jason Wicks. Jason is straightforward, knowledgeable, sincere and caring -- how many times have you run into that combination of qualities at a car dealership? In fact, we were so pleased with the transaction that we returned last Friday and bought a second new Subaru from Jason. This is the guy, and this is the dealership, you need to visit when your thoughts turn to Subaru.

Decided to take advantage of Subaru’s 0% financing offer to upgrade our Outback to a 2021 limited. Having had a great experience with Melissa on our previous purchase, we decided to email her first. I was out of town for work, but she helped us out via email. Showed up today, she and Justin had the paperwork ready to go.nnNo surprises at all, just as advertised. In and out in less than two hours. No complaints at all!

I bought my Forester at Prestige and I wouldn't take my car to anyone else for service. For the past 5 years, I've had fantastic service from the service department. Gill, Amanda, and Meaghan have all taken great care of my car and provided me with excellent advice and insight into any issues. I've also spoken with Jerry, the manager, and he is very knowledgeable. He runs a very effective and customer service oriented business at Prestige. I wouldn't trust my car to any other team of people. They also provide a pick up service, and it is much appreciated during covid to know that they can pick up my car, get it serviced, and bring it back. The communication and customer service from Prestige is truly a model for how other businesses should operate!
