Everyone we encountered was extremely nice and accommodating. From the service department, sales people, business department went over and above the top to make us comfortable. We were there for service on the transmission for our 2015 Tahoe which turned out to be an all day issue. We were kept informed of all the issues they were dealing with and the costs involved. We were offered a loaner car so we could go eat. Everyone very friendly. Very clean facility from the service dept., waiting area, sales floor to the bathroom was immaculate. Highly recommend.
