I love working with Dr. Chelsea Rae at Nourish and Flourish! Our work together has changed the whole picture of my life in so many positive ways. I’m healthier, joyous and my body feels great! I’m starting my third year as a weekly client to maintain my great health. The kind and attentive office staff keeps things easy and flowing to meet my scheduling needs. It's hard to describe the life-enhancing experience I've had by being a client at Nourish and Flourish. The staff presents as a family and they make sure to treat you as one of their own every single time you walk in the door or even call them on the phone. Both practitioners do incredible work and are extremely knowledgeable and gifted in their field. I've received entrainments from Dr. Chelsea Rae for the past four months. The second I see her face, I can feel her loving energy and the vast amount of compassion she radiates to everyone around her. I'd been struggling with past trauma (both physically and emotionally) and am now feeling healthier than I ever have before. This practice will positively alter your mental, emotionally, physical, and spiritual world. I'm so thankful for all that this place has to offer!
