I've had my tax returns done here for years and always had a great experience. I love knowing that my tax returns are prepared with care by a human, filed electronically, and 100% compliant--I've never gotten a letter from the IRS regarding any errors. They make sure that I'm claiming all the deductions that I should and even though I have to pay a little bit sometimes, due to health care penalties, etc., that's not their fault and I sleep better knowing that I've paid what I owe. The nice professional printed binder that they use is great for my record keeping, too. Recommend this local, friendly service.

Wallace has done an outstanding job with assisting our nonprofit organization for the past four years of tax filings. He has always been professional and courteous and has helped us stay on top of our deadlines. When we have questions, it's great knowing that we can pick up the phone and talk to a local person who knows our business.nnThis past year, we had a very poor experience with another payroll company. Wallace's services are a complete 180. First of all, personalized customer service means you don't have to explain who you are and talk to half a dozen different people to get your questions answered. Wallace is always willing to work with us if we need something changed and his rates are very reasonable--less than the big corporate payroll companies and so much easier to deal with. We're so glad we switched over to Wallace and Franklin Tax. He's always looking for ways to save us money and keeping us compliant with the state and feds. Great local guy and great service. Highly recommended.

Every since we moved to Asheville, NC 3 years ago we have had our Taxes done by Wallace/Franklin Tax Service and have only gotten the best service imaginable. This last year we submitted all our tax documents practically last minute and Wallace still managed to not only get it done on time, but he did it with grace and a level of professional responsiveness I wouldn't have expected. This is Wallace, part owner of this company, would like to explain the poor review we received from Ms. Graham.nnI am actually a very polite, professional, and caring tax preparer, I learn from my father, a CPA of 50+ years. There are times when my skills are challenged, and Ms. Graham was a challenge, to say the least.nnIn 2017 we took over the tax practice the Grahams had been using. It was a difficult transition for many reasons, and there were several things against us.nnThere are many reasons why the Graham account was difficult, and I will not go into details about their shortcomings as tax clients, I tried really hard to fill their needs, but in the end, they were nonpayers, and we were not compatible, so I requested they seek another tax service.nnLater last year she needed information for her 2018 taxes, which I sent to her, until her requests became too much. At that point my skills were overtaxed (pun, ha ha!), and I was less than courteous in requesting she stop.nnBut now, two years later, the clients that actually came on and stayed with us, seem to be happy with my manners and professionalism.nnAnd, recently, several clients who never transitioned to us, came back with tax service needs Thank you for coming back with your trust!nnThanks for reading this long-winded attempt to win your business, but we care, we work hard, and we would love the opportunity to prepare your taxes!!nnWallace
