I've been twice and the customer service is BY FAR the best in Leland. The gentleman who has taken my order both times was courteous, repeated my order back to me, and the order actually came the way I asked for it. That almost NEVER happens at either Leland McDonald's and Wendy's is not even worth the hassle at this point. Even when it is just fast food, you work hard for your money, rarely have enough lunch time to eat it, and you want your order to be correct. It's not rocket surgery and this location seems to have their act together.
No matter what time I go there the service is fast and the food is fresh. Even on a busy day the employees are always there with a smile and great attitude. They have some of the nicest most polite employees I have ever come across.
Sat at the drive through from 10 to 10:05 am, then rolled to window, people inside seen I'm at the window, waited until 10:09 before just leaving. Terrible service, don't advertise you open at 10 and then don't.nnHardee's is a 2 minute ride down the highway, and better service.
Food was okay didn't have sauce or Ranch on any of my sandwiches paid for extra but didn't get any at all also complained about $0.01
Ordered a Reuben sandwich without sauerkraut and asked if they could add tomato. The boy said sure. Got back to work, sandwich had no tomato that I got charged for and was loaded down with sauerkraut and barely any meat. They were not busy at the time I went. The young man repeated the order back to me correctly. When I drove around to the window he was on his cell phone and acted like he was upset that I was there. Will drive the extra distance to grab something else in the future.
