I had such a wonderful experience with this store. I was looking for a particular pair of sandals from a company I love and found out through Instagram that this store carried the sandals. But, I live in Raleigh and knew it’d be too far for me to travel. They were so kind to me when I reached out and they worked with me to send pictures to confirm that it was the right pair of sandals. They even quickly shipped them out to me so I didn’t have to travel! I’m so happy and grateful for all their help. Thank you so much!

This place is great! I make a beeline for the Gorilla Store as soon as I get to White Lake. Every person who works there acts like you are a long lost friend. Clearly the managers understand how to train their staff to provide great customer service. If they doubled the price of everything in the store I would still shop there. But please don't double prices! ud83dude06

Don't go in there. At the checkout the lady ask my daughter if she not decided against getting the sticker she had and we both said she didn't have a sticker. She didn't even look at the damn stickers. Before we ever got to the checkout i had 2 smaller items in my hand and ask if I could leave them at the counter while I continued to shop. Spent 70.00 got outside to my car and the lady came out to my car and ask if the 2 girls had her stickers. I don't like the fact that these people had thought that they had stolen something. After I left my son said I would take the 70$ stuff I bought back. If I wasn't so damn mad and the fact that we were in our way home and already a couple miles down the road I would have. But I will never be back.
