Awful! We got the 2009 Subaru Legacy from them (Paid in full) and they wouldn’t even give us the title til we paid to get permanent tags. 2 weeks after we got it the tire flew off while we were driving and our baby was in the car! We found a socket to a wrench behind the tire and the lug nuts had been lose apparently before we had left the lot. When we had the DMV in our county investigate them, the lady at quality auto had no explanation as to why they would not give us the title TO OUR OWN CAR. We did finally get the title only after the investigator went and got it for us. We aren’t able to travel long distances in the car and everywhere we turn there is something wrong with it. It is very scary driving the car but we can’t afford another one and the one they gave us is not sellable!!! They will scam you and rip you off, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
