Extremely slow service through drive through. Won’t open the dining room even though the sign on the door says capacity is 26. They have 2 drive through speakers but have never used both as long as it has been put up. 25+ minutes to sit in a drive thru is ridiculous

Don't get me wrong.nI don't like to take stars away from the home town folks ... However, I feel that if you can make special menu items that you can only find online ... Then substituting meat on a sandwich shouldn't be a major problem, or task.nSee you Sunday for my 2 for $4 sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit.

Chicken was dry, meat patties were dry, requested ranch and they said they couldn't find any. The big mac lacked sesame seeds and sauce. Definitely not a great experience but not horrible.

Gotta be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to honestly wasn’t always that way thought use to be good but over the last couple years I’ve went with my kids and it’s been just horrible. From waiting 40 minutes for food , to getting orders wrong twice going thru the drive thru, to rude service , had my daughters birthday party there they rushed us out and were so rude about it . The ice cream machine is usually broken apparently and they mixed our drinks up frequently. We always go to the one in Spruce Pine it’s much better service and food overall .

We would like to let everyone know that Mcdonald’s is closing at 10pm instead of our normal time of 11pm. The Lobby will also be closing early at 10:30am. We apologize for this inconvenience, this is being done to keep customers and employees safe.
