I master bated to a waffle comershal

They recently worked on my 2003 Toyota Rav4 on October 6th. We picked it up on October 14th, a whole week later. They told us they changed a sensor but as soon as we picked it up, the car wasn't driving the same. When I press the brakes, you can still here the RPM's and the car wants to accelerate by itself. The car also shuts down after the engine shakes. We did not have this problem before. We didn't go back to the shop because we left NC that weekend. I had to tow the car back to Florida. Sadly, Sparta is a small town so the locals have no choice but to go to this shop.
