Spring Creek volunteer fire department had a truck built from Anchor Richie and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. It's been 4 years since receiving the truck and we've had zero problems! They are amazing and absolutely do quality work. Everyone at the business was so nice to us, especially Chip! He is awesome! We got to tour the facility and go behind the scenes and see how hard everyone works! It's unbelievable how organized and efficient they are. Chip was very attentive to our every need and saw that the fire department got exactly what we wanted in a truck, down to ever single detail! He answered all our questions and was so patient through the whole process. The office has the sweetest lady. She made all the paperwork and process so easy. She had a whole notebook organized for us about our truck. We couldn't be more thankful for their hospitality and kindness toward our fire department and it's members. We even got a free t-shirt!
