We have all work on my Explorer done here,very reasonably priced and does good work.
Work in a business that cut some metal plates for them. 4 months later, we still can not get the company to pay the $90 dollar bill. Their phones are virtually useless as well. AVOID at all cost..
Been on the planet for (63) years and never experienced any place like this. Took (3) wks to get an appointment and when I did they kept my vehicle for over a week. Had the gaskets for the oil pan, intake and valve covers replaced plus rear shocks ($620). Afterwards, I took it back (3) times because the check engine light kept coming on and had a very rough idle causing the car to shut off. They replaced the EGR valve (3) times (additional $150). Still have the rough idle/shut off problem and an oil leak coming from the intake. Also missing a bolt on one of the valve covers and found a loose bolt laying at the bottom of the engine frame - no idea where that goes. Called Wes 6-12-17 about the leak and he said he would need to check his schedule then get back with me, never heard from him.
Very friendly people. Make an appointment before you go though.
