They were supposed to upgrade me to a bigger unit size, and gave me 72 hours to transfer my things to the Supposedly bigger unit. When I opened the new unit up it was the same exact size as the one I moving from?! I measured it with measuring tape.nIt was another 5x10 when it was supposed to be a 10x15.nI called customer service they insisted I was wrong at first and made me still transfer my things to this same size unit before the deadline ended.nUnprofessional and unreasonable customer service. Dont recommend unless it's your last option of a storage facility.
This place is nasty. Evidence of rats and roaches have infested this place. Water leaks and mold. Yet they continually go up on storage fees. If you have nice things, don't store them here.
This is the worst storage facility ever. Everything that could be wrong is wrong here. They try to cheat you out of money by charging late fees on payments that are not late and the customer service is awful. They lose payments and harass you. The roof leaks and mice are everywhere. This place is a dump and the owners are incompetent. I would not recommend this storage place to anyone.
