Cons: I had some mouse damage. It would have been nice if I had been advised to put out poison when I rented the unit. There was no food of any kind in the unit.nThe overhead door was glitchy and was kind of hard to open. It would hang halfway.nThe door allowed leaves and dirt into the unit.nnpros: There was no water damage

WAYNE @ Your Extra Closet, Hwy 6 W, Oxford, MS.nnIf it weren't for them I would've taken my #3 storage units, that I rent, elsewhere after my favorite Floyd sold the businesses.nnEmployees that treat clientele are hard to come by and these two knock it out of the park everytime!!nnI've witnessed on numerous occasions the patience they exude when interacting with clientele that ask wild questions.nnAlways there to provide a great interaction; super clean environment; merchandise displayed soo good that I even think I need to buy something every time I walk in.nnMake sure you take care of your employees because there are plenty of storage facilities for Oxford folks to go to.nnThanks,nCandice A Maynard
