Burger King

The value for the coupon I redeemed was good for the family bundle (3 Whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, and 3 small fries). The fries were hot, and I was very happy about that. The cheeseburgers were cold, and that was disappointing. I asked for specific items on the Whoppers, and only one of them was correct. Yes, the value for the coupon saved money, and the fries were hot. The burgers could have been much better.

We got there and there was one person in line at drive through we repeated our order twice had to wait a little bit at the window to pay. When we got our food fries were cold burgers were all wrong went back through the drive-through let them know that the order was wrong. Had to wait 10 minutes to get our order again. When we got her order it was still wrong.the burgers they gave us was one of the wrong ones from the first order. Left anyway without getting the order correct. If you have time to sit and wait 10 to 15 min fine. But if you are traveling and looking for fast food don’t go the this Burger King.

Worst customer service at this location, Thursday Dec 17 2020 at 9:18pm, mgr or owner needs to fire employee working drive thru. Again 1/10/21 932pm was told not taking orders, does the owner ever read these comments

Husband was upset because everyone who ordered their food after us got their food before he did. But the employee was nice enough to explain why. It was because they were COOKING our nuggets. Patience is very important.
