Domino's Pizza

I can't believe the good reviews for this place. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this is an exception. The service is so slow. When I placed my order for pickup it said that there was a 2 hour wait. I tried to call to see if that was true, but the phone had a continual busy signal for about 30 minutes before I gave up. So, I couldn't even cancel my order. My husband went to pick it up and it was dead with about 9 workers hanging around on their phones while he waited for someone to serve him. The one getting his food kept stopping to text on her phone while serving him so he had to wait another 5 minutes. The food was ok, though some of it was burnt and some was underdone. Go anywhere else, but here.

The food was good but just got home and checked my card balances. I was overcharged 10 dollars. My wife is trying to call now and see what happened. We will see how it turns out.

I've had a couple instances where delivery took longer than expected but overall I still give them 5 stars. Hard workers and great food ud83eudd24ud83dude01.

The Domino's in West Memphis,Ar is way better than most in the tri state area.

They’re always super busy but I never see one employee being lazy and I can always have respect for that. They are now one of the only pizza places in town and STILL got my order done on time. They got gripped at a few times just while I was in there but I think they did a fantastic job. The food was awesome and they were all friendly as can be and willing to answer or get anything for me. I hope they see that at least someone is noticing they are doing as best as they can. Definitely recommend.
