I wouldn’t buy anything from these crooks. I gave Travis ward 13500 for a truck that had busted valve seats when went to test drive the truck he made sure he keep calling me to see how far out I was so he could crank the truck to burn oil off the pistons once I had arrived he had the truck up front running i test drove then signed papers and left the next morning I got in my truck when I started it it was smoking I called Travis and told him he basically said I was screwed it was as is deal and there was nothing he could do that was last year now I have replaced the motor and transmission I was about to trade it in when I realized there was a wreck on the car fax and Travis ward had also told me it was a clean car fax report I trusted him because I had purchased a truck from him the year before and being a returning customer I figured he would have treated me right

If I would give ZERO stars I would!!!! We spoke with this dealership, had them run our credit, were told they would pull the truck off the lot and we scheduled a time to arrive to purchase it the following day. We loaded up three kids and drove three hours just to get to the dealership and find out that the truck was sold. To make matters worse the sale wasn’t even complete they were just in the works with making a deal with someone else and were unwilling to stop even though they had already committed to us the day before. Don’t waste your time!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this car lot to any one, my husband and I completed his application online for one of the cars that they have there and they called him back asking if he had a co-signer. I applied to be his co-signer and we never received any more calls back from them. With no updated information or anything with two different salesmen giving us the runaround! These car lots speak a lot on putting the customer first but when your credit is not up to there standards they are ready to dodge you any way possible even after running your credit!

I waited as long as I could to post a review to see if Moore brothers would make it right. Bought a 2012 f150 for 17k with 8k down.nThe day I test drove it the low fuel light was on so got the truck up to speed and all seemed well. Signed the papers and fueled up ( gas station is right beside ) . Left the gas station and Low Oil Pressure light right off the get go . Radio didn't work , 4x4 doesn't work and leaks oil terribly which was covered up by skid plate.nTrucks been back and forth 4x now and the same issues remain. Today was the tipping point since the truck would need to go back yet again .nPlease if you're considering a used /new used vehicle consider it elsewhere. These problems weren't new problems and the dealership did nothing beforehand to fix. Please read the recent comments all having the same problemnnTravis ward was salesman .. absolutely a dishonest person.
