Awesome checked in at 730 out the gate at 845 ..very professional and efficient...will have no problems delivering there in future....
If you book a load to this place be prepared to sit and wait I would of asked for another $200 on this load just for waiting time. Arrived early for my appointment literally have 10 skids already sorted and wrapped been here 3 hours and counting. If their lumper service got paid by the amount of smoke breaks they take they'd be rich. Every time I get out of the truck I see 5 or more people at the bench they all smoke at. The lady in the office is rude just a big joke if you own your own truck and authority stay away or ask for a lot more money for time wasted being here. Companies like this have the nerve to charge you to unload wow just sad the way things go and the way people operate their companies. Best of luck to y'all.
Slow check in starts at 6 no earlier. Be prepared to wait awhile.
Appointment for 7am checked in at 630am door at 645am red light at 7am green light at 8am 2 partial pallets to deliver didn't receive paperwork till 1045am had to call to get them to release my trailer
There employees tell them where there gonna deliver to. All they have to do is say there offended by something where there delivering to.
