Zaxby's has great chicken tenders and a decent menu for other chicken meals. The service is relatively fast mainly due to how busy they are. If you're looking for chicken that's not in a bucket, Zaxby's is the right choice!

Line was quite long and I asked for NO TOMATOES on my salad nor sandwich. Yet, they placed tomatoes on there anyway. It seems that it would be helpful if they echo the order to the customer once it's placed to ensure accuracy.

Just left after waiting for 50 minutes for our food. I called to check in and the guy said it would be right out... we waited and waited and waited after 40 minutes I called back to check on our order and they said they was just dropping the cheddar bites... a couple minutes later a lady walks out not even with our food but to ask if we got our drinks, I told her no but I placed our order at 7:32 and called to check in. She told me they had to remake it because it had been sitting there so long..nWell idk why it was sitting there so long because I called to check in so someone could bring our order to us, everyone else around us is getting there food. I know you can see our car on the surveillance cameras and I called twice.. so why on earth was our food just sitting there... and when they finally brought us our order it was wrong!

Chicken is hard and there is WAY TOO MUCH BREADING. I get my kfc extra crispy, so I'm all about breading and extra skin. But when I order wings, I expect wings. Not skin on a bone. The food is tasteless, the sauce of generic.

Their curbside service could use some organization, because they kind of just walk up to cars asking if the order is yours. The app makes curbside option very hard to find and you have to call for specific drinks. Food is fresh and mostly accurate. Staff is always nice.
