I would give 0 stars if that was possible. The guy tried to charge me more miles then I actually drive. The guy at the front desk is very rude. They take forever to give you your deposit back. DO NOT GO TO THEM
Cecil is great! He gets you your truck and gets you on the road fast. Always my go to guy for Penske rentals in Columbus.
Had a great experience renting a 16' box truck from Cecil, the rep at this location. We reserved the truck and were able to pick it up with no hassle; we were in an out really quick. The truck was great and even still had a new car smell haha. I would absolutely rent here again.
