Totally unethical DON'T EVEN STOP HERE! They took advantage of my 76 year old mother. Besides the junky/smelly car they sold her they added a $1600 service contract to the purchase that my mother said she declined. Review your purchase contract closely or even better yet DON'T BUY FROM THEM. People who work here are shameful and WILL take advantage of you.

I got my AC repaired here and not only did they do an excellent job, but they were very friendly and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone with AC issues. No matter what you go to them for you can expect a very courteous staff.

I bought a 2009 Honda CRV from here the first time the rim was warped second vehicle was a 2006 Dodge Dakota SLT 4 wheel drive and the engine light popped on the same day I bought it had transmission problems need a rear main seal needed struts and (MUCH MORE)!!! So please ask for a dealer warranty and not a after market warranty cuz they will only cover for certain things promise me I know... So with that said I do not recommend this place to anyone

I financed a car from Tounsley Motors on 3/14/19 and by the end of September the car completely failed. The many problems I encountered were smells coming from the vents while driving, water pouring from the bottom once stopped, valve cover gaskets and seals leaking, exhaust manifold pipe completely broke off while I was driving, fuel pump, battery connectors, broken motor mount, the list goes on. Needless to say there is no way the dealer didn’t know of the issues before he sold it or either they just did not care enough to inspect the vehicle. Either way this is not the place to spend your hard earned money!! Now while still having payments I’m forced to pay for a vehicle I haven’t been able to drive since September 29, 2019

Bought a car
