Great home town people was with them only a month in my membership and was approved for a car loan when everyone else said no !!!
Great bank but they do not have a 24/7 customer service line if your card is locked, etc.
I cant speak highly enough about my credit union in Columbus! Miss Jennifer is amazing and I agree they treat you like family there!nEveryone there is kind and very helpful with all my banking needs! Statewide has many different types of loans to meet different needs and thanks to them I've had several.nFrom auto to personal loans. I finally have my own Visa card. And my credit score has gone up considerably since I joined several years ago. Like I said, I just cant say enough about how happy I am to be a member.
Ms Jenifer at this credit union is amazing. You walk in she greets you with a genuine smile. She treats you like family and gets you in and out in a timely manner. My car buying experience was so smooth and quick. Any questions I have she makes sure I fully understand what’s going on.
