Storage Choice

This storage unit is ran by very unprofessional people. I ordered food from the restaurant adjacent to this business approx an hour ago. While waiting on our order to be done , me and my GF decided to social distance away from the restaurant itself and chose to sit at the the edge of the storage units in the middle of the parking lot and wait ( might I add that the restaurant share the same public parking lot with said storage units ) but about 30 min ago before our order was done, I was was confronted by the male manager and I assume his wife in a very aggressive manner asking what me and my gf we’re doing. I answered his question with “ we are just talking waiting on our food .” He then replies , “ why can’t we sit over there instead of here and that people usually just sitting around are up to no good.” Which of course, I have no idea where he got that assumption considering we weren’t doing anything of the sort that would give him the right to become so aggressive from the start. Now I’ll cut this story short and state that yes I did flip the camera off once his wife/sister decided to record me because, at any standpoint, I saw no reason to become so aggressive without proper reasoning other than two people sitting on the edge of the building and I said “ you don’t have to be such a d*ck about it. “ . And I guess she took that as a time to pull out her handy dandy notebook phone and record. At any point though, I have several friends and family that have storage units here and will be sure to make it known that if they treat people like this for no reason then I can only imagine what they do for minor situations that could be handled so much more professionally. You also just lost a potential customer because I live right next door and am moving next week and had every intention on using a uhual and storage unit at this location. But, it should go without saying that I would never rent anything from a location that acts so aggressively for no reason.

Very nice and polite.

Friendly owners who actually care about their customers. They take great pride in their business and it truly shows. Always clean and I've never once had an issue with my unit being tampered with. Some say it is pricey, but honestly, I would pay more just to know I can have my items safe and secure for long amounts of time.

Very nice and clean, convenient location, good prices and friendly staff. It has climate control so your items won't mildew or mold. I highly recommend this storage facility.

I actually visited the hair cutting place at the end of these storage units, very nice environment and nice people .. Country Kutz Salon & Barber Shop.
