Had fun clean place enjoyed the blues
Our event was great, however; despite the terrible service administered by the staff (with the exception of the catering service) at the facility.nnThe staff lady that was supposed to open the facility upon arrival was very rude and claimed that there was no deposit received despite having a paper trail with bank statements from our correspondence (with deposit payment). The lady was also rude to guest and people setting up for the event.nThe staff lady also had the gall to turn off the A/C on the very hot day of our event. I am pretty sure the lady just did not want to be there to help and just decided to inconvenience every one else as well.nnThe facility restrooms were atrocious and not clean at all, it was almost as they had made no attempt to at least clean up for our arrival.nnThe catering service was good and very helpful, the food they provided was great.nNeedless to say, probably won't book this facility again.
