So I called you guys this morning to get a key made to my mustang, that is scheduled to go in the shop today. I FIRST spoke with Mr. Jonathon who assured me you guys were the best at comparing prices. I have a 2006 ford mustang that he insisted he found a great deal for 212.00. I told him I didn't want the button key so that was the best option. I HAPPILY gave him my bank card information, as my 212$ was now ready to be taken out after my scheduled appointment. 20 minutes later, I received another phone call from a different number and a totally different person. Stating that instead of the 212$ it would be 367. EXCUSE ME? How did it go from this to that? Why are we not made aware that IT COULD POSSIBLY BE A DIFFERENT PRICE UPON COMPLETION???? Now, because of an error on y'all's end, I had to cancel my order, which now takes 5 days to get back, lost my month waiting list to Ford, and I still don't have a key. Iam highly upset, because I trusted you guys with my card information and my scheduled, promised, appointment at a set price of 212.00 . I just got off the phone with Moore's locksmith in Hattiesburg, that is only costing me 154.00. This is the worst experience ever, and I will not do it again.

Terrible service. Showed up 3+ hours late.

Not an actual company in town and subcontract. Says they offer the lowest prices but are more than twice as much if you call someone else.
