Beware!!!! Storage was infested with roaches and spiders , please don’t use this storage place . There are many others in the area far better and for a reasonable price. Pest problems aren’t coverednIn the insurance.
All my children's baby pictures and books were damaged. They can't be replaced. I also lost all my winter clothes. And red dot said they are not responsible for the water damage. I will never use them again.
They've been really helpful for mebut when I was moving my stuff out I did not put my lock on there cuz there's some stuff in there I was going to give a way they put a lock on there then try to charge me $25 to take it off I don't think that was right because I paid them on time every month and I've been with him a long timeI finally got it fixed or I would not have to pay the $25 my storage building is paid upI feel like they shouldn't have put a lock on there without contacting me they said they sent me a email but like I said everybody does not check your email everyday I do not check that email everyday they should have called me to let me know
