Store manager Chanda R. is an excellent manager. My problem is with the rate increase. I don't live in D'Iberville, but came to this location because of the more reasonable rates. Not being there for 1 year and already going up $11 more a month?? Sorry, but I could not get a second unit if I wanted to because they are full to capacity. So, where is the need to increase rates on current renters?? BTW, Chanda deserves 5 stars!
