Storage City

This is a great place to store your things, It's clean...and management is fantastic. Although,nappreciate that the girl Jessie is no longer employed there because she was really rude. Management is very/ always attentive to your needs.... and very nice and convenient location.

Place is safe and convenient. Well kept and 24 hrs access. If you Can Not pay online or by automatic draft....don't come here. The office hours Are Not Reliable. Staff is friendly. Clerk is Much more knowledgeable and helpful than the manager. Great place....poorly run.

Jessie who left the nasty review is a former employee who is bitter over being fired. She was fired after being rude to clients (myself included) and doing other shady stuff there. She even changed one of our units in her name which was really weird and suspicious! It’s no surprise she’s fired and we’re glad that she’s gone. My husband and I have been renting several units and parking space units there for years with no problems and Terry, the manager, has always been available, very friendly and helpful.

The facility is beautiful and the units are very nice. But, if you need to get in contact with someone it is next to impossible. They are never there and never return phone calls.

If you need to be able to access your stored belongings, DO NOT make the mistake of storing them here. It’s AWFUL.
