Great experience with Carter and Chip. Supplied additional pics of specifics I wanted and did a video call walk around of the truck as I would be coming from out of town. Super clean truck as described. Picked me up at the airport and was friendly and courteous. Had a small vibration at 60 mph, I let them know I had tires rebalanced and they sent me a check to cover it. Great service and follow through after the sale. Definitely recommend!

Recently bought another vehicle from these guys, this time a Toyota 4Runner. They gave me a fair value on my trade, got me a great interest rate on my loan and took great care of me from beginning to end. Their customer service here is top notch!! These vehicles might cost more than others but you get what you pay for like many other things in life. All 3 that I have bought here have been cleaner and nicer than any of their competition. I wouldn't shop for a vehicle anywhere else!!!!!!!!!

I found the truck online after searching for almost two weeks. The manager actually honored his online price although it was thought to be more. This same situation happened to me at another dealership where the dealer did not want to honor the price that was on the sticker and tried to tell me it wasn't false advertising. Good Job Carter Motorcars. You guys have quality cars on your lot!

Very nice inventory & facility, the truck we bought looked even better in person than it did online. The salesman that helped us was very nice as well as going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We will be back for our next vehicle.
Hmmm Mistakes (03/19/2021)
BEWARE!!! I purchased a vehicle from this location while out of state. In the beginning the service was nice but would not negotiate their price even after showing same model vehicles that were cheaper but different colors. Once I paid for the vehicle in full the staff came up with every excuse why they couldn’t transport my vehicle. Once I received it , the vehicle was not like the pictures. Beware of the scams if you’re not related to these individuals.
