Its a good bank, their services are prompt and provides all sorts of possible assistance.
Wells Fargo is my bank, I came to cash a check and ask a few questions but not allowed inside. I called a few times but never got a answer. If you won't let people in at least answer the phone. I don't like going through the drive through.
Very very rude people. Avoid this bank if possible. What's even worse is if you don't have an account with them there is no way to report or file a complaint to the main office.. I've called this bank 10 time trying to speaker with the manager. But it's say no one is available to answer the phone everytimennReally poor customer service ud83eudd14
Ok that was enough. I have to clock out early from my job to run all the way from 49 to old hwy 42 where I have my other shop and pickup the money that was made from the company I have contract with and deposit ones a week. 5 on the dot people are closing. This is awful it happen to me 5 times and because the last ligh and the bank in front of me now I have to ask permission ones more to get off early. Why I don't get more time just for the fact I get more money deducted. It will be my last month working with this company and I get close the account.
Very disappointed. The only thing open is the drive through and they have only 1 single teller for all lines. Awful service and incredibly poor planning. Really need to leave this bank. Disappointment along with constant account hacking.
