Since they’ve changed all of the banking to strictly tellers and ATMS it is AWFUL. I have to jump through 20 obstacles just to check my account balance. I have a strong feeling this bank won’t last much longer because of how many people are switching to other banks.
Great customer service!! I had an issue with one of the new teller machines. The manager worked diligently to fix the problem. I appreciated that so much!!
Central Sunbelt's office off of Oak Grove has the best of both worlds. On the one hand, they have a virtual teller system that means i do not have to worry about social distancing from the moment I arrive to when I leave. For those things that cannot be done virtually, there is a courteous and responsive staff that clearly understands that members are the true owners of this credit union.
