Updown Trampoline Park

This was my son's first time, as well as myself, to go to this facility, and it was extremely awesome! To top it off, when I walk through the front doors, I'm greeted by my stepsister!! The staff there are all very generous and caring. My son was actually invited to a classmate's birthday party, and when I arrived to pick him up, I couldn't find him anywhere. However, several staff members rapidly scrambled to find him. At last, I found my sister, whom informed me that he was in the Laser Tag area! He had a blast! Also, since he didn't eat his piece of cake during the party, someone made him a plate covered with foil to take home. Needless to say, it was nearly gone when we got back home lol I strongly urge anyone who likes aerobics, both children and adults, attend this facility at least once a month, if you're able to afford it. This was the only setback for my entire family to attend altogether. Another perk is that they offer birthday parties and even include a special room for each individual! We booked a party for my little girl’s birthday and because they didn’t have staff designated for just a party check in, her party missed almost twenty minutes of already paid for jumping And we were there early for check in!!!ud83dude21 with no refund or extended jump time. They have a lane designated for party check in but no one there. The only reason I am giving one star is because the staff member that was assigned to our party room was extremely nice and helpful. But we will not have any other parties there nor will I recommend it after this experience.

Waited in line for 20 minutes to learn that we had to wait another 3 hours. Didn't know we were standing there for a totally different time, would have been nice if a sign told us or someone told us beforehand

Clean, fun, and well run. Helpful and courteous staff. My two toddlers loved it so we'll be returning soon probably on a regular basis.

We did my daughter's birthday here and it was great they basically did everything for us and Amy the party planner was so helpful making sure we got everything we needed to make our babies day special for her 13th bday
