Found them through a co-worker, I was looking for a place for my oldest son to train. From day one they have been absolutely amazing to deal with. Inviting atmosphere for any level of training, Coach South has an amazing way with the children. Liked it so much I joined as well as my oldest daughter and a few of her friends. Can't say enough good things about all of these people. Coach Mike, Will, Jordan you guys are amazing and thanks!!

Stopped in while in town for some rolling. This is a great school. Mike Sanford is great instructor of the gentle art. His students are killers. Great people, and I looking forward to visiting the next time that I’m in town.

Beware of their contracts!! Apparently when you sign a contract for 1 year, it automatically renews and no one contacts you to remind you. We had to stop attending due to injuries and knew we had to pay the last few months but it automatically renewed and now they say we still have to pay yet ANOTHER month!! Even though the contract ended in September!! Also, you can't talk to anyone who actually works there about it, they give you a 1-800 number and a generic email address to try and get ahold of a human being!
