I recently purchased a new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Bayside. I can say for a fact, the folks down at Bayside know how to treat their customers! From the time I walked into the door, everyone I encountered was helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and really made me feel like I was more than just a customer! Our sales specialist, Ms. Isis, was absolutely fabulous! She helped me find the perfect vehicle for me and my family! Mr. Marcus and Mr. Sedrick were super helpful and worked to give me what I needed for my trade. Mr. Ron, the finance man, looked up multiple lenders and found me the best interest rate! Even when my husband brought my Jeep back the next day to be serviced, Mr. Mike in the service department was super prompt and serviced my car in no time at all! To say that I am very happy about my car shopping experience is an understatement! I am thrilled! Thank you Bayside!

Walk in to Bayside I was greeted before I could even make it through the door good. Marcus is one heck of a sales manager. Chad was my sales and he was very professional and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I seriously suggest you shop with Bayside!!

After visiting this dealership, it became clear to me I was dealing with the kind of people who give the auto industry a bad reputation. It's obvious the leadership in the sales department is lacking in civility and customer service skills.nThe manager reminds me of a typical used car lot salesman in a low income neighborhood. Those poor salesman should seek work elsewhere. It was like being in a third world country. The lack of product knowledge and the professionalism of the manager is enough to discourage anyone from doing business here.nThis place is a joke.
