It was not looked at until the Monday following week. I got my vehicle back on Wednesday the 10th.nThat means my vehicle sat in the parking lot untouched for a week while I could have been using it. Fortunately I was able to barrow a friend's vehicle for the week. Otherwise that would have cost me a week and a half in rental costs.

Yes, the first time I took my car they were very nice and professional. The next time. Was a disaster. Kept my car 3 days and wanted to charge me $ 469 for diagnostic test as my warranty did not cover it. Thanks to Megan got price down to $ 169 which is still high but better. Wanted to charge me $1,700 to replace timing chain. Prices way high. I had an appt. Have no sense of urgency and don't even provide a loaner vehicle. I purchased my car not even two two years ago. So disappointed with Buick/Chevrolet. Will never by another one and don't recomnend them!!

It was my first time buying a new car, and Bill made it very pleasant. Im not sure how I would have felt financing through the dealership channels, as that wasn’t my experience, but the rest of it was good. Everyone was pretty nice and friendly, and I’m happy with the purchase.
