Convenient location off the freeway. Reasonable price. Staff is extremely friendly. Wifi is decent. Very good playground---better than most that you see at an RV park. Lake access. Ducks, grouse and geese everywhere (of course, that means poop everywhere, but oh well). Pool was closed for the season so I can't comment there. Putt putt golf needs resurfacing. Sites are level concrete that are somewhat close together. Two things really need to be addressed: The grass around my site didn't drain anywhere so I had a swamp around me the week that I stayed. That includes having to set up my hookups in 2 inches of mud. Secondly some of the long-term residents have a very trashy site. And there is what can only be described as an RV junkyard on site. See my pictures. They really need to address these things (perhaps put down some gravel near the hookup area and fence off the junkyard). I would have rated this place a 3, but their friendliness and the fact that they were actively working on improvements made me round up to a 4.

Could be a great place but needs a little TLC & some of leadership and cleaned up its 95% full timers that need to pick up & clean their site's get ready of the no trespassing signs and cinder blocks at the edge of their driveway it makes it too hard for people with back in.

Used to really like this place. Remember going as a young child with my family. Been back since, a few times. Just a hole in the ground with some murky water in it. And a few cabins and a pool. And a price that is a little to high.

Very nice lake, pretty quiet. It was more like an RV community, and not a resort. To many permanent RV’s not taken care of, lots of people don’t pick up after their dogs, I even would get up in the morning, and have to clean up dog messes at our site, pretty sad.
