Was treated rudely by an overweight redhead male employee who got mad because he was confused as to what account I was depositing into even though I told him the correct info. Obviously he needs discipline by management, he should not have gotten so hot headed by this misunderstanding on his part. I will be changing banks due to this incident.
This has to be the worst managed bank in Ocean Springs. 1 person working the inside and drive thru at the busiest time of the day. Was told I had to make an appointment to talk to someone about an account after standing in line for 30 mins.
The staff are always super friendly and helpful. I've been banking here for nearly 15 years.
Everyone was so friendly and willing to help. I was out of town and needed help with my accounts; I had no information except my driver's license and debit card. I could not have asked for things to go smoother! THANK YOU Regions!ud83dudc9e
