This place rented me a car with terrible windshield wipers, and a battery that died mid-trip at a gas-stop!! Do not recommend. If you still decide to go with them.. avoid the black 2020 Toyota Corolla

Horrible customer service. I was overcharged for fuel. Instead of giving me a credit, they gave me a coupon for future visit. I let them know that I don't rent from Hertz typically and would like the credit applied back to my card and they wouldn't do it. The lady up front, who said her name was Zack...unsure if that's right, was very rude and needs to take a lesson in customer service. She said she tried calling manager, Nidga, and couldn't get a hold of her, however, she literally just picked up phone and then hung up.

Made a reservation with Hertz GPT a month ago, they charged my card and confirmed it. Went to pick up the car today, it turned out one location was closed and the other didn't have any cars. Why did they even take the reservation? After 1/2 hr on the phone they agreed to refund me in 7 days (how generous) and I am still out the cab fare to get the car. Vacation wrecked. Hertz sucks.
