Americas Best Value Inn & Suites

Horrible place to stay!! There were roaches, stained towels and sheets. I paid $83 per night to stay at the roaches motel. I had to bleach clean the floors, tub, and sink, and when I complained about the filth, I was told that the regular housekeeper didn't clean my room. This place should be called America's Worst Unvalued Innud83eudd2e

Place was run down, needs updated and a good cleaning. Neighbors knocking on doors, slamming doors, car alarms going off. Definitely not a quiet place to stay!

First, this hotel is now independently owned and implies that they are not part of the Chain. No breakfast included as advertised. We have stayed at other hotels and they substituted packaged items for their breakfast. Room dud have a love seat, microwave and refrigerator which was all nice to have. Bed was very comfortable! There was no water pressure! Had baby cockroaches in the bathroom along with mold. It just happened that the room we got wasn't cleaned well before we checked in. There is a Burger King next door.

It's very clean, owners are nice and the price is responsible

One of the worst dumps I’ve ever been to! Checked in and checked right back out. Please please please do yourself a favor and stay away!!! I’m at a loss of words. This is not humane. STAY AWAY FEOM HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
