This was the worst experience I have ever had to rent a U-Haul. The dealer doesn't work at the site, it is a drop off site. He could not be contacted for 2 days to confirm pick up. No calls returned. No one knew how to complete the rental at the store, the clerk was new. The experienced clerk was off, but drove to the site to help with the rental. It was difficult for her to contact him as well. It took over an hour to complete. The reservation had been made 2 weeks in advance. Terrible dealer.
