Thank you Brad Cupp and Jason Klein for making my Ram Truck buying experience a great one. Brad Cupp was very friendly and informative. I was in the market for a truck and Brad gave me great insight on the different makes, models and features. After test driving vehicles Brad's information was spot on. If you are looking for a truck I would recommend going to the guys that have personally owned the trucks they are selling. Great experience!

On the fence with the service department, Amanda was amazing with giving me updates on the diagnosis of my suv, but now the pricing to fix it is way over board. To do a power steering cooler, took me 15 mins to swap out on my own, now on to the supposed hard job of replacing 2 fuel injectors. Each injector is $119 each. Now to replaces the you pull fuel pump sending unit relay and turn key on to relieve fuel pressure, remove one bolt holding fuel rail cross over pipe and 2 bolts to remove fuel rail from intake, pop the clips off injectors and remove from rail and do this in opposite order to install. You service department quoted me $1332 dollars plus take for a repair that only took me a total of a hour and a half being lazy and taking my time. Highway robbery.

Was able to work with me rescheduling an appointment, super friendly on the phone and in person. As a female in her 20's some car places can be very disrespect and assume you know nothing about your vehicle. Regardless if you or not, its not ok to act this way. Kleins did not once act this way towards me and should be an example to other dealerships.

I worked with Amanda in the service department and she was nothing short of amazing! I had a lot of questions and she answered them all thoroughly and efficiently. She listened to all the issues I was having with my vehicle and helped me come up with a great plan for service! I would highly recommend to anyone!
