GREENVILLE RECREATION AREA

We absolutely lived the campground itself! So much interesting history right there in the park. They have done an amazing job of telling the story with plaques all around!!! Our only complaint, and it is a big one for us since we are full timers, is that we could get absolutely NO TV reception and VERY little/spotty internet. We have Verizon. But for a weekend trip it would be a fantastic place to camp!

Great camping and bicycle trails.

Stayed here a couple nights while on a road trip. Ended up being one of my favorites. Exploring the old town was interesting. Great place for a morning run. One thing to note: there is VERY limited cell reception here, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Love it here has always had a special place In my family's heart several trails and neat to look through the old town. They have a self guided tour if the old town. Really a neat place to visit if you have never been here before.

I need more time to spend there. Don't go there so I can enjoy it without it being packed.
