Very nice facility. Always clean. Awesome equipment and free weights selection. No one will pressure you to push yourself harder than you need to. The staff are awesome as well, always ready to answer questions and help however they can. They also have several work out programs, so go by and see the folks at The Weight Room.

Equipment is well kept, as well as the facilities.
Love the work out place, wish they had a couple more ammenties, pool, tanning, sauna, their treadmills are great. Nice place to work out.
