Both times in the past two order I made they forgot to put the crust flavors on our pizzas and extra sauce. And one time forgot my breadsticks I ordered. Its a shame because this Pizza Hut used to be so good, I don't know how they keep doing these mistakes. Nothing is more disappointing than plain crust.

The curbside contactless pickup is what u find the best. Also the pizza was delicious!

I was really excited after waiting 5 weeks to order any takeout and we ordered Pizza Hut because I love the deep dish crust. Well my order came and no deep dish even though I paid extra for it. There was almost no sauce on both the pizzas and very little toppings. I got my order at about 7:30 last night and was starving so we just ate it. I called Pizza Hut back to let them know I didn’t get what I ordered and the guy who answered the phone said well, I made that order myself and it was deep dish. I told him I have ordered many times and that was not deep dish. He offered to bring me out new pizzas and return the ones that we got, I told him it’s 8:00 at night and we already ate some. He should have offered to send me out a free pizza or something to make up for it. They said they would reimburse me the extra $2 it cost. Which is fine but now I’m sadly disappointed in the food I ordered for the first time since the pandemic hit.

Oh my goodness, what happened? Did Pizza Hut just do a 180 and change their whole model? Or was I just unlucky and caught them on a bad day? I was very surprised that my food was delivered in record time. The order tracking showed my food went out the door in about 10 minutes. After getting my food, I knew why.nI always pay extra for Original Pan, but what I got was hand tossed? with a lot of air bubbles. They skimped on the toppings so there was a lot of extra crust. It looked like it came from Little Ceasars or a gas station. My wings had a little sauce drizzled over them and didn't fully cover the meat.nI understand businesses are going through hard times right now, but this is a drastic change in quality. I really hope it was just a bad day.
