Loving the changes with the new ownership! I ordered online this evening and had to call - the girl on the phone was so nice and polite. I’m excited to see what other changes they make. Thanks for a great experience
Went in today for dine in and spoke to the manager, he told me the place has new ownership. The dining room is getting a remodel and the food was outstanding! Highly recommend this location now! Exciting to see the changes and the food today seemed way better then my last visit which was 5 months ago.
Very high quality Imo’s. Store Manager Ryan was very quick to help with a minor issue I had processing an online order as well.
The pizza was good, that is the only reason it is receiving a two star review and not a one star review. I ordered garlic cheese bread (see picture) and this is what I was served. Two slices of bread, uncut I might add. With no garlic seasoning and a weird strip of cheese down the center. I am not sure if this was a practical joke, but it was not amusing. Nobody in the history of humanity would consider this garlic cheese bread.
We love this Imo's and go regularly for delicious pizza. I originally have it a five star rating years so, but never added a review until now. I'm adding this review because the last time a mistake happened with our order when we went to pick it up. Mistakes happen, but in the midst of a busy Friday evening, the manager went out of his way to make it right and also make sure we were appropriately compensated for our inconvenience. While food is important, customer service that regularly goes above and beyond is what sets a restaurant apart.
