I'm always satisfied with ordering with them. Today I'm was extremely satisfied; I had to definitely write a review. The delivery didn't take long at all. The driver was very polite and the pizza was freshly hot.

Update: I accidentally used this location again and was very pleased with the service and the quality. It’s hard for me to forget how nasty that lady was the day I’d given them one star, but I guess one bad apple shouldn’t ruin the tree. Lol...nnTwo recent orders back in and I’ve decided to change my one Star to four. Yes, I take this review thing seriously!nnI’ve placed countless ordered with them... they should know me.... after waiting over an hour, I call... I’m told it’s on it’s way. 40 min later no pizza. I call again this time I’m told they’ve been calling me = lie I was holding the phone the whole time.... they also claim they didn’t know which place was mine... you always deliver to me from the same account. Someone screwed up and instead of making it right they lied. Let this be a lesson Sheila. Don’t burn bridges with your consistent customers, wasting 3 hours of my time for something that wasn’t coming.nnLong story short.... Someone different owns the one off Clarkson and delivers to the same address... for those complaining.

I have always love Imos pizza. But I have never had such bad service and on my Birthday to boot. I ordered online and was told it would be here at 11:26 no problem. Time came so I called just to check on the order. The woman gave me a bunch of attitude and said it has not even left yet. I was upset so I called back to see if they would compensate me somehow. And they gave me more attitude then just canceledy order. I will never go back to them.

I went into the store and ordered my pizza. There was a guy folding pizza boxes while continuously arranging his mask at the nose. He was also one of the cashiers. He took off his mask occasionally behind the counter where food was being packaged. He went from station to station after pulling his mask under his chin. I haven’t been back. I actually gave away the pizza. The person I gave it to said she threw it away. No one wants COVID-19 pizza to go!!nInstead of ordering carry out all of the time, put your PPE on and observe how your food is being prepared!!! This is also why the CDC said to immediately throw away containers your food from restaurants come in, and wash your hands afterwards.
