Imo's Pizza

I love Imos pizza but this place isn't it. The hot wings I ordered were clearly not fresh, luke warm at best, and crunchy. For how expensive their prices are you would think you would get quality everytime. Not ordering from here again. I wish STL Pizza and Wings had a place out here. Far superior food at a way cheaper price.

TERRIBLE quality & customer service! DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION! I would rate this with ZERO stars if it were possible via this review process. Our pizza was clearly burned around the edges & the cheese was very brown on top - extremely hard/crunchy on the outer pieces. The ravioli was more than toasted - the outer edges were so hard! When we called to communicate this, they initially were going to provide a credit, but then they called back to say a credit could not be provided & we needed to bring the burned pizza back in order to get a replacement pizza. Once we arrived (which was a hassle to have to drive all the way back to the restaurant), the female manager said this is how they bake their pizzas. WHAT?! Who enjoys eating (and paying for burned pizza)?! They did end up baking a new pizza for us which she noted they pulled out earlier than usual since we complained about the previous one being burned. Her communication was more than lacking in the customer service department - terrible way to run a business & awful example for the other employees. Not okay. We will never come back to this restaurant EVER.

Always fast delivery compared to the other stores and my food is great

Ordered over 45.00 worth of food and did curbside pickup do to covid. Got home and roastbeef sandwich I ordered was missing ingredients then noticed receipt said they were out of those ingredients written in ink pen. Plus the Au Jus I paid extra for was not in the bags. I called and spoke with manager Austin who told me that yes we are out of those ingredients and sorry we forgot your Au Jus sauce. Then he offered me a .50 refund for the sauce but nothing for the sandwich which was not what I ordered. He then became a real Ahole and said Im not giving you a refund and to call corporate. I called Imo's Corporate and left my call back info....3 days later still no call back. We love Imo's but I cannot recommend the Ballwin location or their customer care.
